Christina Thomas

President & Founder, MY Self Wellness Ketamine Clinic

Biography

As COO and Founder of MY Self Wellness, Christina Thomas leads management and operations for the Psychedelic Therapy Ketamine Clinic

She has built and scaled MY Self Wellness from a 1 treatment room operation to a 3,500 SQFT office, running 4 ketamine treatment rooms and offering other adjacent services.

Christina knows firsthand what it feels like to battle depression, anxiety, and PTSD after being involved in a life-threatening jet ski accident in 2007. She was prescribed a medley of pain killers and mood stabilizers to help suppress trauma caused by the accident, but the drugs left her feeling joyless and lost. She knew there had to be a better way and embarked on a self-healing journey. Using meditation and positive lifestyle changes, she was able to wean off her prescription medications, but it wasn’t until Christina discovered the healing powers of Ketamine that she was able to truly heal.

Today, she is on a mission to share the restorative benefits of psychedelic therapy with anyone suffering from mental, emotional, and physical distress. Opening its doors one week before the COVID-19 lockdown of 2020, MY Self Wellness stands as a beacon of hope and healing to anyone suffering from mental health issues.

Christina believes that healing happens in community and is proud to run one of the nation’s first female-led Ketamine clinics. Because of this she also founded the Warriors of Consciousness a non- profit that aims to change lives and community by giving access to Psychedelic Ketamine Therapy to those who cannot afford it. So far the fund has treated over 80 people.
